MOD-Description: This Mod adds a timed riddle to your forum

Features:
- Timed Riddle with changable expire time by Topic starter = Riddle starter
- Riddle starter answer is hidden to all and will be revealed after expired time
- 3 base modes:

mode 1: riddle starter see own answer only, until riddle is revealed (even if mod/admin etc.).
mode 2: riddle starter see all answers.
mode 3: admins/mods see all answers.
note: modes cant be mixed

- in all cases only the riddle starter can change the riddle time or deactivate.
- all 'normal' answerer see own answer/s only, if not related to mode 3.
- No chance to bypass via search, 'send via pm' etc.
- Settable forum ids, where you can start riddles
- More to come
