You dont copy this two files from mod package to

includes/thumb_crop.php
includes/thumb_resize.php

Oops, i see there are not in package. Before i find time to fix that, just take the two files from this package

the two file are identically ;)

May take also a look @ , which have already a overworked version of F2A integrated

I installed the mod suggested link
but look at what it looks like in the forum, distorts everything, how can you solve this problem.
