I applied the fix, it worked for months.
But now the fix does not work, if I remove it the result is the same.

Just compare the newest package (may it was updated after you download it) with your install.
Last package is on test board: http://4seven.bplaced.net/forum/1/user_weather/user_map.php
All is fine. Also no reports from own and partner boards.
