Forget my last suggestion. I think it will be more easy to explain to members that they have to take the direct link and put [img] bbcode. We could also imagine a window where to past the direct link and the forum would add automatically the [img] bbcode when you post the new topic (it seems to be this system in the forum example I gave you on phpbb forum). I will look for how to do that.
